No off-platform contact or payment
All communication, briefing, hiring and payment between businesses and creators must remain on ConnectHive. By using the platform you agree that you will not:
- Contact creators or businesses outside ConnectHive to avoid platform fees
- Share or request personal contact details (email, phone, social handles) inside chat
- Send or accept payment by PayPal, Revolut, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer or any other method that bypasses ConnectHive Protected Payments
- Solicit, recruit or poach creators who you met through ConnectHive for off-platform work
Repeated violations result in messaging suspension, account suspension, and permanent removal — see our anti-poaching policy in your dashboard for full details.
Why we enforce this: ConnectHive Protected Payments protect every payment, verifies every creator's identity and audience, and resolves disputes. Off-platform deals lose all of those protections for both parties.
